Responsibilities & Requirements
Success as a tent operator for Keystone requires the following:
- You must be 18 years old
- You must be available full time from approximately June 24th through July 6th.
- You must submit to a background check and provide a copy of your state issued photo ID.
- You must complete our online training course. This typically takes about an hour & can be completed in steps.
- You are willing to be responsible for all the supplies & inventory 24 hours a day until they are returned at the completion of the sale.
- You must use the Keystone point of sale system for all transactions & remit all funds collected daily to your route manager.
- You must have a helper you trust on opening day also July 3rd & 4th.
- You must have access to a vehicle to return left over product and supplies to a nearby location on July 6th of 7th.

Yes, you must be 18 years or older to run a Keystone Fireworks Tent. Our Keystone Operators do often bring in younger helpers as support Only!
One your application is completed. The Keystone Team will review open locations with you & your options. Don’t miss out as our best locations get booked fast!
You will receive access to a full training session, product videos and more to familiarize yourself with our product line. A Keystone Route Manager will be visiting you at least one time a day and are your resources for great tips on how to up sale in your tent. Finally check out our PRODUCTS tab for a preview.
Every tent operator will receive a Tent Operator Manual that lists specific details to your tent opening day and recommended operating hours. Typical opening hours are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The Keystone Tent Operator is responsible for the care and safe keeping of the merchandise, supplies & equipment at their tent.
As you build your support team you will want to bring in your "A" Team!
